Define Your Prequalification Hiring Requirements
Our solution is flexible, and is designed to meet the specific needs of each of hiring client. We’ll help you define the prequalification hiring requirements for your organization.
Provide CanQualify with a List of Suppliers
The hiring client provides CanQualify with a list of current contractors, vendors, and suppliers. This can either be done directly through the online platform, or clients can send their list to their CanQualify account manager.
Communication and Direction throughout the Organization
Expressing the expectations of the program to both internal client personnel and participating suppliers is crucial to a smooth and successful implementation process.
Our Customer Relations Representatives Contact Each Supplier
CanQualify has a team of dedicated customer service representatives who contact each supplier to guide them through the prequalification process. This lessens the burden for the contractors, vendors, and suppliers. It also ensures that all requirements are clearly communicated.
CanQualify Reviews and Validates Submitted Data
Once the information has been submitted, the CanQualify team reviews and validates the data for accuracy and completeness. If deficiencies are found, we communicate those deficiencies to the supplier for resolution.
Continuously Monitor Qualification Requirements
CanQualify validates supplier data annually and sets notification upon expiration ensuring all supplier data is current.
